Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily using CRM systems
- Resolve customer inquiries within SLA targets
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed quality assurance metrics (90%+ score)
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Pass background/drug screening
- Experience with Zendesk/Salesforce a plus
