Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues
- Maintain service quality metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Support digital channels (email, chat) as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and active listening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Clear criminal background check required
