Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and service escalations with empathy and accuracy
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Continuously refine product knowledge to provide seamless support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
