Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with specialists to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including AHT and quality scores
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
