Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems following compliance protocols

- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
