Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate product information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
