Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
