As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and account modifications efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to resolve complex customer problems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if on-site requirements apply).
