Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions with patience and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
