- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and order processing.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory (we offer training).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating web-based applications.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience.
