Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system with 99% data integrity
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities to contribute to team goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
