Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) to log interactions, update customer records, and track issue status.
- Research and resolve complex customer issues, escalating tickets to senior management when necessary.
- Communicate product information, policy updates, and service changes clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-stress situations or conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and empathetic tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
