Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple communication channels
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adapt to new products and processes through continuous training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
