Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and detail
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (handle time, resolution rate)
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service offerings
- Participate in bi-weekly training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital/voice channels
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Background check and drug screen required
