Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
