Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer interactions daily via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce with 95%+ data integrity
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 25+ calls/day, 90% CSAT, 15 AHT
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in daily performance coaching sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
