Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote or hybrid options.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
