Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service protocols and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Fluency in English is required; Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus for the El Paso market.
