- Document interactions in CRM system with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Maintain positive brand image through consistent communication standards
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional active listening and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Spanish bilingual certification a significant plus
