Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and account information using our CRM software.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the call center database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia office.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
