Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Resolve customer issues using company protocols and CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software
- Type 40+ WPM with strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
