Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Provide product information and explain company policies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex escalations and improve processes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
