Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain customer records and interaction history in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and suggest improvements to the team.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance metrics.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the event.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location.
