Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
