Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM software.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed.
