Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM and database systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
