Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to resolve customer issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Log all customer interactions and feedback into the CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and empathetic attitude.
