Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.

- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM systems and databases.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level for resolution.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a strong plus.
