Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy to resolve issues efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and solutions in our CRM database to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to help improve our products and services.
- Sales Support: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet departmental sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, typing, and navigating CRM software (training provided).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
