What You Will Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the internal database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Meet daily and weekly performance KPIs and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
