Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Professionally and efficiently respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide timely, effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Log all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions into our CRM system with precision.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on product features and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process Orders & Returns: Handle billing inquiries and process returns or exchanges according to company policy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
