Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 99% data accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Proactively upsell premium services to existing clients
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized support
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on new products and policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to resolve 15+ cases daily while maintaining quality standards
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Flexible availability to cover evening/weekend shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
