Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and technical troubleshooting for enterprise clients
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT)
- Proactively upsell products based on customer needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech industry
- Type 45+ WPM with strong written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Spanish bilingual certification highly desirable
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional off-site visits)
