Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the CRM system.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for eager learners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
