Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor during all communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive paid training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute and navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, friendly attitude.
