Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM software.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or management when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is preferred.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
