Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., billing, technical support) to ensure comprehensive customer solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus.
