Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on our products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
