Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer information in our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and account management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume call periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
