Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
