Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately using our internal systems.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
