Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% accuracy
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining strict data privacy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, AHT, and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in BPO or tech support environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening per client requirements
