Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and product troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
