Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's request and troubleshooting the problem.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating browsers, MS Office Suite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
