Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless customer resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
