Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed
- Resolve customer concerns using active listening and problem-solving techniques
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Adhere to company protocols and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in BPO or retail
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Available to work evenings/weekends (15-25 hours/week)
- Florida residency required
