Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer information in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for weekend or evening shifts (part-time role).
