Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, efficient support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities through needs-based conversations
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and policies
- Contribute to team performance metrics (CSAT, resolution times)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly valued
