Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing issues and product questions efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience workflows
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy (email, internet, typing)
- Ability to work 15-20 hours weekly (afternoons/weekends)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin location
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
