Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Assist clients with account information and service navigation
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, browsers)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- High school student or recent graduate
